I'm early. Rather than describe what I can do, I pick a business on the Upper Cape, find the thing on their site that's costing them work, and build the fix. Then I send it to them. No invoice attached.
Mashpee, MA. Association management and home watch. One of the first businesses I looked at.
Built in an afternoon. Every word on it comes from 3Sixty's own published material.
Open the full pageTheir whole site was a single GoDaddy builder page. No interior pages, no service breakdown, and the GoDaddy promo link still sitting in the footer.
Behind that page is a company holding CMCA and AMS credentials, running 24-hour emergency response, and doing winter watch on properties whose owners are eight hundred miles away in January. None of that was visible to anyone deciding who to trust.
A site shaped like what the work actually is — a caretaker's record book. Their services laid out as an inventory instead of a grid of stock photos. Their year broken into the three seasons a Cape property manager actually lives by: winter watch, opened and ready, in season.
Credentials up top, where someone deciding whether to hand over their keys would look first.
This is a concept, not their site. I built it on my own initiative to show one way it could look. It isn't live anywhere, and I have no affiliation with or endorsement from 3Sixty Property Management. If they'd rather I took it down, I will, same day.
That's honest, and it's on purpose. I'd rather show you one real thing I built than five made-up ones.
More are coming. If you'd like yours to be next, that's free too — I'll build the concept first and you decide afterward whether it was worth anything.
I'll build it first. You look at it, then decide.
